How Robotic Process Automation Meets the President's Management Agenda

Usually government is five years behind on policy, and right now they鈥檙e making a really good stab at staying right up and current. As far as agencies, probably twenty-five agencies are using it now-thirty, somewhere in there. They鈥檙e all starting to see return on investments, but I would almost contend that we ought to declare 2018 as the year of pilots. Agencies ought to be asked where is that $500,000 savings? Where is that two million dollar savings that you can get if you automate that necessary work and free people up?
